Dylan and his team at Tailored Concrete Coatings, did a huge project for us this year. We built a wedding/event barn venue with a concrete floor. We really didn't know the best way to finish the floor and it was super important to have a high-end floor for our wedding venue. Dylan worked with us for months as we explored different finishes. Dylan was continually researching options for us to find the best product and finish available. From my first call to Dylan, I was so impressed with his knowledge of concrete and his desire to find the perfect finish for our project. Dylan called at least every week to check-in about the status of the project, whether it was to confirm scheduling or to let us know his thoughts on other finish idea, etc. He frequently came out just to check the concrete and see how it was settling since the concrete was newly poured,. He tested the concrete repeatedly to make sure it would take the finish that he recommended and that the timing would be perfect. If Dylan didn't know the answer to a question, he would call the manufacturer of the product and find the answer. Dylan and his team worked tirelessly for us during every aspect of our project. He really went above and beyond for us in every aspect of this project! Once the project was done, Dylan wanted to make sure we were completely happy with it. I told Dylan, that of all the contractors that we worked with over the 18 months of our project, his team was among our top contractor by far! Dylan and his team are reliable, knowledgeable, very hard workers, diligent, extremely professional and all were very nice to work with. They all have an amazing work ethic as well, always showing up on time and working very hard, which is rare to find in any kind of construction project! We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Tailored Concrete Coatings.
